Using this website
You may use the site for lawful information and genuine enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or copy site materials for commercial reuse.
Enquiries are not bookings
A form submission is a request to talk, not acceptance of a booking. A project becomes confirmed only when both parties agree the written scope, price, date, payment terms, venue requirements and cancellation terms.
Scope and changes
Proposals identify the format, approximate duration, participant assumptions, included design and facilitation, travel, materials and dependencies. Changes to timing, venue, player count or creative scope may affect feasibility and price.
Participant conditions
Clients must provide accurate group and venue information and communicate agreed safety guidance. Minors require oversight by the responsible parent, guardian or institution. We may adapt, pause or stop an activity where weather, conduct, equipment or conditions create unreasonable risk.
Intellectual property
Website copy, graphics and original game materials remain protected. A project agreement will state what the client may use, reproduce or retain. Client-provided trademarks and content remain the client’s responsibility.
No outcome guarantee
Games are recreational and facilitative experiences. They are not psychological tests, therapy, professional training certification or a promise of productivity, behaviour change, event attendance or commercial results.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, responsibility will be assessed against the final written booking, the information supplied and the circumstances of the event.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by South African law. Questions can be sent through the contact form. Effective 11 August 2026.
