Who is responsible
LesJeuxOriginaux is the responsible party for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the privacy contact form.
Information we collect
The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, group size, project interest and message. Our security record also contains the submission time, a one-way hash of the sending IP address and a technical session identifier. We do not ask for identity numbers, health records or children’s personal details in this public form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to answer you, understand the requested project, prepare a scope or quote, keep reasonable business records, prevent spam and protect the form. Our grounds are your request for pre-contractual steps, performance of an agreed service, legal duties and legitimate security interests.
Sharing and transfers
Information is available only to people who need it to respond or deliver an agreed service, and to hosting or technical providers acting under appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes data outside South Africa, we seek safeguards consistent with POPIA.
Retention and security
Unconverted enquiries are normally removed after 24 months unless a legal dispute or obligation requires longer retention. Project, tax and contract records may be kept for legally required periods. We use access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting and minimisation, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent applies. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Complaints
You may contact South Africa’s Information Regulator at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za, +27 10 023 5200 or 0800 017 160, Woodmead North Office Park, 54 Maxwell Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg, 2191.
